The Wharton Investor Network (WIN) hosted its first meeting of the year on September 24. The mission of WIN is to facilitate transactions between Wharton-affiliated private equity/venture capital investors and Wharton-affiliated companies seeking capital. Close to 20 investors attended, representing firms like Investcorp, Crescent Partners, Deutsche Bank, Alumni Capital, Flagship Partners, Palisade Capital, Azure Capital, ACI Capital, Morgan Stanley, and more.

The group engaged in a dynamic conversation to help lay the framework for the future of the organization. Discussion topics included investment criteria, transaction process, membership guidelines, and operating efficiencies within the Wharton Investor Resource Exchange (WIRE).
