On Tuesday, October 15th, you are invited to a special Wharton Real Estate Investment group (WREI) meeting with Mr. Michael Fascitelli on investing in commercial real estate.
Mr. Fascitelli has served as a member of the Board of Trustees of Vornado Realty Trust since December 1996. He served as the President from December 1996 until April 15, 2013 and as the Chief Executive Officer from May 2009 until April 15, 2013. From December 1992 to December 1996, Mr. Fascitelli was a partner at Goldman, Sachs & Co. (an investment banking firm) in charge of its real estate practice and was a vice president prior thereto. From December 1996 until May 23, 2013, he also served as President and a director of Alexander’s, Inc. (“Alexander’s”) (a real estate investment trust). From 2004 until 2013 he also served as a director of Toys “R” Us, Inc. (a retailer).
