The Wharton Club of New York’s Career Development committee proudly invites you to a workshop with Alexandra Dickinson (right) and Missy Lafferty (left), the co-founders of Ask For It, who will share research-based, actionable strategies to make you an effective negotiator who gets more satisfaction from work and in life. Then put your skills to the test in a one-on-one mock negotiation. You'll have an opportunity to compare results with peers through a guided discussion using real-time outcomes data.

Ask For It is a boutique consulting company working to close the gender wage gap by effecting change at both the institutional and individual level. They work with companies, institutions, female entrepreneurs and individuals through a combination of trainings, workshops and consulting.
