  • Jeff Dybas, Starwood Property Trust
    Jeff Dybas is a Senior Originator/Correspondent at Starwood Property Trust. In this role, Mr. Dybas is responsible for the origination, structuring and execution of senior debt, mezzanine and preferred equity investments across the country in a variety of property types.

    Prior to joining Starwood Property Trust in 2016, Mr. Dybas was a Senior Vice President in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s Commercial Real Estate Group, where he spent six years and originated over $4 billion of bridge, construction, and land loans. Before that, Jeff was a Senior Vice President with Anglo Irish Bank where he spent five years originating and syndicating commercial real estate loans. Previously, Mr. Dybas pursued real estate equity investments, financing, syndication, and portfolio management opportunities with Marathon Asset Management and Bankers Trust (now Deutsche Bank).

    Before joining Bankers Trust in 1997, Jeff provided real estate restructuring, valuation, and work-out services with Arthur Andersen. Mr. Dybas began his career in 1991, providing real estate valuation and consulting services with Delta Associates.

    Mr. Dybas received a B.A. degree from the University of Virginia, an MBA from The Wharton School, and maintains series 7, 79, and 63 securities licenses.
     
  • Greg Reimers,Managing Director, Real Estate Banking, J.P. Morgan
    Greg Reimers career in Real Estate spans over 25 years and includes experience in most facets of commercial real estate banking including; origination, syndication, re-structuring, deposit banking and credit. His lending expertise includes construction loans, acquisition and portfolio lending, subscription financing, project loans and various forms of credit enhancement. In various capacities he has managed groups focused on mortgage banking, community development lending, residential mortgage origination and CMBS.

    Greg is currently the Real Estate Banking Northeast Market Manager within the Commercial Bank at JP Morgan. He manages an office based in New York staffed with real estate professionals who cater to the credit and non-credit banking needs of a large and diverse real estate client base. Prior to joining JPMorgan in July 2007, Greg headed the Real Estate Division of The Bank of New York.

    Greg is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.A. in Economics. He is currently on the Board of Governor’s of the Real Estate Board of New York, a board member of the Community Preservation Corporation and a steering committee member for an Association for a Better New York.
     
  • Michael Shah, Founder, Del Shah Capital
    Michael K. Shah founded Delshah Capital in 2006. Mr. Shah oversees all aspects of company operations including acquisitions, legal strategy, asset management and property management. Utilizing his legal expertise, he personally directs the course of action though many of the complex investments in which Delshah participates. Through the refinancing and recapitalization of his family’s Park Hill apartment complex, he was able to generate proceeds in excess of $20 million, creating the seed investment for Delshah Capital.

    Prior to establishing Delshah, Mr. Shah was an attorney in the mergers and acquisitions group at Wachtell Lipton Rosen & Katz in New York City. Mr. Shah specialized in complex deal structuring, negotiations, and bankruptcies. His work included Ameren’s $2.3 billion purchase of Illinois Power and Lazard LTD’S $4.5 billion initial public offering in addition to several other high profile transactions.
