Join the WCNY and Career Development for a discussion and case study led by Irene Waxman, on the Estée Lauder Companies, Inc. (ELC) and how Inclusion and Diversity has become a key driver in achieving their goals.

The case study will include:
  • A clarification of how ELC defines Diversity and Inclusion.
  • The link to their business strategy
  • Key I&D efforts as it relates to the marketplace, workplace and workforce
  • An overview of the journey the company has taken
  • How I&D has delivered value to the organization

Natalie Edwards, a Wharton graduate, will also speak about her focus on I&D while at school, her transition to becoming a key leader of I&D at this prestigious fortune 500 company and plans that ELC has for the future.
