Jason Hsiang, SVP Development, North America at YOTEL
As Senior Vice President of Development, Jason Hsiang overseeing the growth and development of Yotel for the North America. Yotel is an international hotel company with offices in London and New York City. Jason over 20 years of experience in the hospitality management and real estate investment sector. During his career Jason has been responsible for the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of over $2.0 billion of hospitality product, holding several senior acquisition and development roles at John Pritzker's Two Road Hospitality/Thompson Hotels and Morgans Hotel Group, where he was responsible for the various real estate transactions including Morgans Hotels $300 million initial public offering.

Prior to 2006, Jason worked at two real estate private equity funds NorthstarCapital Investment Corp (currently Colony Capital) and Lazard Frères Real Estate Investor where he sourced and acquired office, assisted living and retail properties throughout North America and Europe.

Jason graduated from New York University, where he received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance and Financial Management Services.

Joon Oh, VP of Capital Markets, The Witkoff Group
Joon works extensively in underwriting, structuring, and executing new debt and equity investments, as well as various capital market transactions involving the firm's existing portfolio. Mr. Oh has been involved in the firm’s projects from acquisition and construction through disposition in residential, hospitality, and office asset classes.

Prior to joining Witkoff, Mr. Oh worked at Eastdil Secured and Wells Fargo Securities as an investment banker covering a broad range of real estate transactions.

Mr. Oh received a B.S. degree with a major in Finance, Management and Real Estate from the University of Virginia, The McIntire School of Commerce.

Mark Gerstein, VP, Capital Investments & Transactions, InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG)
At IHG, Mark works on both corporate M&A and individual hotel transactions. He negotiates hotel brand acquisitions, equity investments, joint ventures, master license agreements and property financings. Mark was previously IHG’s Chief Capital Markets Officer for the Americas and he joined the company in September 2013.

Mark has advised multiple IHG owners on their individual hotel projects including sourcing new construction loans and refinancing maturing debt with brands such as the InterContinental, Kimpton, Crowne Plaza, Hotel Indigo, EVEN Hotels, Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites branded hotels.

Previously, Mark was a Managing Director in UBS Investment Bank’s Real Estate, Lodging and Leisure Group where he was involved in the execution of mergers, acquisitions, asset sales, IPOs, and debt & equity transactions totaling more than $40 billion in size.

Mark graduated as a Palmer Scholar with an M.B.A. in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and received a BEng in Civil Engineering with Great Distinction from McGill University.

Celina Kuoch, Director, Barings Real Estate
Celina Kuoch is an experienced real estate acquirer and asset manager with a strategic approach to investing and managing, based on an institutional framework while executing with an entrepreneurial acumen. Collectively, spearheaded five teams in North America and Asia Pacific and acquired and managed more than $10 billion of RE assets. Has global experience with a sovereign wealth fund, private debt firm, private equity fund, investment banks and a placement firm that encompass skill sets in portfolio asset management, asset allocation, portfolio construction, acquisitions and dispositions, loan originations, capital raising and investor relations.

Worked and lived in multiple countries including Switzerland, United Kingdom, China, India, Hong Kong, Southeast Asia, Canada and the U.S. Celina holds a Master of Science in Global Finance under the joint program between New York University - Stern Business School (NYU-Stern) and Hong Kong University of Science and Technology (HKUST). Celina graduated from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School, where she received a B.S. in Economics with a concentration in Finance, Marketing and Real Estate Investments.
