Do you want to achieve your career or performance goals in half the time you expect?  Join Laura Garnett in a one-hour session that will teach you exactly how to bring one of your most powerful secret weapons to your career: YOURSELF.

One hour. That’s all it’ll take to learn how to gain the confidence and clarity you need to achieve your ultimate 2021 career goals.

Executive performance strategist Laura Garnett, author of The Genius Habit and Find Your Zone of Genius, will lead Wharton Alumni in a session that will help you deepen your self-awareness and understand how to tap into intrinsic motivation.

By discovering your unique Zone of Genius, you'll instantly have access to two data points that are critical for great performance: Your Genius (the type of thinking that fuels you) and Purpose (the specific impact you want to have on the world). You’ll also learn The Genius Habit—or how to ensure you’re intellectually challenged and fulfilled at work on an ongoing basis.

After a 15-minute overview of her work, Laura will invite two attendees to sit in the “hot seat," where she'll identify their Zone of Genius on the spot. This interactive portion will help everyone in the audience learn how to uncover their own true Purpose and Genius. In short? You’ll gain the confidence and clarity to set yourself up for a successful and satisfying 2021 and beyond.

Bonus: All participants will gain access to a free tool allowing you to implement The Genius Habit in your work life immediately.
