Please join Sujeet Indap WG'06 for a discussion of his recently released book, "The Caesars Palace Coup" which details the epic bankruptcy fight of casino titan Caesars Entertainment which gripped Wall Street and featured such firms as Apollo Global Management, TPG Capital, Elliott Management, Appaloosa Management and Oaktree Capital.

Joining Sujeet will be Kaj Vazales who led the Oaktree investment team on the Caesars situation. The two will also discuss the current state of the distressed debt marketplace.

Sujeet Indap is the U.S. Editor of the Lex Column at the Financial Times where he writes frequently on the intersection of corporate finance and corporate law. He previously was an investment banker. He is a graduate of Pomona College and Wharton and is based in New York.

Kaj Vazales is a Managing Director and is co-head of North America for the Opportunities strategy at Oaktree Capital where he worked since 2007. He is a graduate of Harvard University and is based in Los Angeles.
