Please join us as we explore the challenges being faced by CFO and Companies to find and retain the right finance/accounting talent in our hot jobs market.

Informed by increasing wages, limited talent pools, and expectations of remote work and/or enhanced flexibility in a post-pandemic workplace finding the right people right now is a significant issue for many. Speakers will include talent and recruitment experts with their finger on the pulse of the trends in employee hiring and retention and the ways the pandemic has reshaped talent priorities and investments. Speakers will discuss what the future of work will look like in near-term and may look like in the long-term, opportunities to positively define and transform finance needs, leading practices, and ideas to manage and benefit from change.
