David S. Rose

David S. Rose, described by BusinessWeek as a "world conquering entrepreneur" and by Forbes as "New York's Archangel", is a technology visionary and investor who has founded or funded over 90 pioneering companies that are helping to define the future. An Inc. 500 CEO and industry thought leader, he is a leading expert on the topics of future technology, venture investing and entrepreneurship.

He is Founder and CEO of Gust.com, which developed and manages the global collaboration platform for early stage angel investing, connecting hundreds of thousands of entrepreneurs and investors in over 90 countries. He is Managing Principal of Rose Tech Ventures, a leading seed stage investment fund, and he is Founder and Chairman Emeritus of New York Angels, the world's most active angel investment group. In addition, he is Associate Founder, and Founding Track Chair for Finance, Entrepreneurship and Economics, at Singularity University, which is the Google/NASA sponsored graduate program that trains the next generation of technology leaders. 

David is an active early stage investor in dozens of companies.  David has been profiled by BusinessWeek as "The Pitch Coach" for his work with CEOs perfecting their fundraising skills. He is a frequent guest expert on Bloomberg TV's Money Moves and MSNBC's Your Business, and hosted the MSN reality series on entrepreneurship, Second Chance.

A native New Yorker, David has a BA from Yale, an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a D. Eng. (hc) from Stevens Institute of Technology. He is an Associate Fellow of Pierson College at Yale University, a member of the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board of Columbia Business School, and a Lifetime Professional Member of the World Future Society.
