Ways to support current MBA students:
Wharton MBA Career Management is proud to continue the Alumni Supporting Careers (ASC) program. Please complete the Alumni Supporting Careers Intake Form to indicate your interest in helping in one of the following areas:

HIRE
  • Share Job Opportunities: Share internship, full-time, and executive opportunities with Wharton MBA students and job-seeking alumni.
  • Access Resume Books: Access resumes of Wharton MBA students and job-seeking alumni and share with members of your company or among your professional networks.
SUPPORT
  • Provide Career Advice: Provide career insights and expand your network by connecting with Wharton MBA students and alumni via CareerPath Connections.
  • Give to the MBA Internship Fund: Give to the MBA Internship Fund to support Wharton MBA students who accept unpaid or low-paid internship offers across a variety of industry areas.
The form will take less than five minutes to complete, and the MBA Career Management team will follow-up with you directly via e-mail based on your responses.
 

Ways to support current undergraduate students:
Penn Career Services encourages alumni with job and internship opportunities to post them on Handshake, Penn’s internship and job platform. After creating your free account, choose to connect with the "University of Pennsylvania" as one of your schools of interest.

If you would like to specifically promote your internship to first generation and/or low income (FGLI) undergraduate students at Penn, please include the following line in your job description: “We especially encourage first generation/low income (FGLI) students to apply for this opportunity”.

Additionally, all Wharton MBA alumni can schedule up to two complimentary career advising appointments per year to discuss their resume, job search strategies in the current market, Board of Director aspirations, and how to leverage Wharton resources.
