What’s The Deal With Diversification?

**CANCELLED**
Speaker Series Event

Due to unforeseen circumstances, this event has been cancelled.

Diversify, diversify, diversify! It seems like this is the investing world's analog to the saintly role of location in real estate. But how can you be smart about diversification?

It's easy to commit oneself to the standard mantras that we see in financial columns and shows on cable TV, but are there shortfalls in the traditional methods of investing? Is it possible that simply targeting 60% stocks, 40% bonds might be setting us up for a fall later in our careers?

In this session, you will learn what it means to assess the risk of an asset class, whether stocks, bonds, real estate, or any other medium you would put your money in. In addition, you will learn how leverage is in some ways the 'secret sauce' of achieving the best possible diversification that protects you against all economic environments.

Finally, hear the story of how Wharton Alumni Dar Sandler and his colleague Davide De Micco used these concepts, along with years of experience in the investing world, to achieve superior returns.
