Statistics show that we’re more overwhelmed than ever. Boundaries between work and home life are increasingly blurred. Add to this the daily digital deluge of e-mails, texts, and social media, and we have a culture of adults who feel they are "never caught up."
The Wharton Club of New York’s Career Development committee proudly invites you to a conversation with Erica Keswin and Barbara Reich, the co-founders of Never Caught Up, who will share an analytical approach to help you feel happier, less stressed, and more productive in 2016 and beyond. While much has been written about work-life integration for women and (working) mothers, this is a challenge faced by both men and women. Erica and Barbara have practical solutions both men and women can employ.
Applying their years of experience in organizational development, management consulting, and professional organizing, Erica and Barbara will introduce you to a model that focuses on the interrelation between managing your physical space, your time, your relationships, and yourself. You’ll leave this session with actionable strategies you can use to avoid non-essential commitments and multitasking; enrich your professional and personal relationships; eliminate unnecessary clutter; and disconnect in order to reconnect.
Erica and Barbara will be introduced by Andrew Stern, who works on the Leadership, Learning & Organizational Development team at Bloomberg LP. He is responsible for the identification and experiential development of top, scarce, and diverse talent across the company.
