Jon Younger is a founding partner of the Agile Talent Collaborative and partner emeritus of the RBL Group.  As an entrepreneur he has co-founded and taken public two start-ups, and served on several boards of directors and advisory boards.  As a consultant, he has advised leaders in the financial, energy, pharma, and consumer products sectors.  As an writer, he has co-authored five books including the new book Agile Talent (Harvard, 2016).  And, as an educator, he teaches talent strategy and strategic change leadership in the executive education faculty of the University of Michigan and the Indian School of Business in Hyderabad.  Jon’s PhD is from the University of Toronto.  He and his partner Carolyn divide their time between NYC and rural Connecticut.  Their sons are out in the world with families of their own.
