Melissa Brecher is a true brand architect with over 20 years experience. Melissa has helped countless brands evolve and stay relevant in the digital age. She has deep expertise in steering brand strategy, shaping product evolution, launching new franchises, and building a loyal following for companies across every industry.

Since leaving her full-time role as chief marketing officer of Fairchild Fashion Media, Melissa has spent the last year working in a consulting capacity for brands such as About.com <http://about.com/> , iCrossing (Hearst's digital agency), Orchard Mile e-commerce, and more. During her 4+ year tenure at Fairchild (the fashion news division of Conde Nast), she played a key role in driving the company's evolution from a print-focused, New York-centric business into a multi-platform, global powerhouse. While at Lucky from 2006-2010, she successfully launched four revenue-generating sub-brands including the first-ever mobile shopping concierge for iPhone. She cut her teeth developing integrated marketing solutions for diverse clients at Marie Claire (1997-2000) and Condé Nast Media Group (2000-2006), after beginning her career at Inc. (1995-1997).
