Phil Murphy is a member of Spencer Stuart’s Financial Officer and Consumer Practices, based in the Philadelphia office. He also co-leads Spencer Stuart’s Sports Business Practice in North America.  Before entering the executive search industry, Phil served for several years in the corporate finance practices of Arthur Andersen and Deloitte.  Phil graduated summa cum laude from the University of Notre Dame and was a Palmer Scholar MBA from Wharton Business School.

 
Andy Goldstein has over 25 years of strategic finance and private equity portfolio company CFO experience across the data, digital media and sports & entertainment industries.  Currently, he is the CFO of Infogroup, a big data, analytics and marketing services provider.  Prior to that he has been CFO of Purch, NJ Devils, the Prudential Center Arena and Philadelphia 76ers.  Andy holds a BS in Business Administration from the University at Buffalo.

 
Susan Moultrie is an experienced and dynamic CFO and COO with abilities in streamlining operations and improving organizational management within a variety of industries (media, music, magazine, (digital and print), events, talent agency, apparel, spirits and technology).  She is currently COO of the Lighting Design Group and has over 20 years of experience in management ranging from global brands to entrepreneurial cutting-edge companies, including Sony Music, NYLON Media, Bad Boy Worldwide Entertainment and Bankable Enterprises.  Susan holds a BBA from the University of Southern California and MBA from The Wharton School.

 
Leo Navarro has held finance leadership roles in high-growth and mature global organizations across a variety of industries, market positions, distribution models and lifecycles. He is currently the CFO of Tacombi, a NYC based Mexican hospitality group with restaurants and food line. Prior to that, he has worked at Nike, Estée Lauder and Grupo Bimbo. Leo holds an MBA in Finance and MA in International Studies from the Wharton School and the Lauder Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
Jarrod Yahes has 22 years of experience across accounting, investment banking and various disciplines in finance. He is currently the CFO of Zeta Global, a marketing technology company that assists CMO’s acquire new customers. Prior to this, he was CFO of Jackson Hewitt and held various senior finance positions at ExlService Holdings. Jarrod holds a BS in Applied Economics and MBA from Haas School of Business.
