Career Development

** This event has been postponed. A new date to be announced soon. **

To rise to and succeed in the executive ranks, you need to execute on your firm’s most important initiatives. Your access to those key assignments is determined by how your stakeholders perceive your competence. To successfully persuade your executive committee to invest in your idea, inspire your department to buy into your vision, or run an effective team meeting, you’ll want to exude confidence and be clear, compelling, and concise. Your mastery of both technical competence and communication skills will help maximize your impact and influence.

Leveraging Robert Chen and his firm’s experience training Fortune 100 leaders and their teams, this interactive session will show you practical skills to command the room and present your ideas and results in a memorable way. To get a sense for Robert’s style, here is his 59-second video on the 3 attributes of executive presence.
