Jim Tarangelo, Wharton MBA, Vice President & Treasurer, Aramark
Jim’s career at Aramark spans over 15 years, which testifies to his strategic contributions.  As Treasurer, he leads the company's capital market strategy, refinancings, and overall cash management. He also oversees interest expense management, currency and commodity risk, and relationships with banks and rating agencies. Jim has a global perspective, including serving as Vice President International Finance, when he helped generate average revenue growth of 5%, while increasing margins from 3.5% to 5% over a three-year period. He also was Interim CFO for South America.

Joanna Colaneri Rodriguez, Wharton MBA, former Assistant Treasurer, currently interim CFO for a portfolio of Private Equity-owned firms and Financial Consultant to the CEO, GrayHawk Home Care I LLC
Joanna is a bi-lingual finance professional with global expertise, specializing in Latin America and Russia. She is adept at developing and managing treasury operations impacting cash, capital, liquidity, funding, FX, capital markets, collateral, risk, systems and stakeholders. Her career includes extensive experience managing people and global teams, starting new departments and businesses for large, global companies, and navigating treasury through distressed situations, including a bankruptcy filing when she was SVP & Treasurer at Ditech Holding Corp. Her international experience includes serving as SVP Deputy Global Treasurer, and SVP Americas Treasurer at QBE.

Sam Pallotta, Chief Risk Officer & Treasurer, Rockefeller Group
In addition to the responsibilities of Treasurer, Sam oversees all aspects of investment risk-management and provides timely counsel and education to the CEO and senior management, particularly for complex and emerging new market risks. Before adding on the title of Chief Risk Officer, Sam was SVP and Treasurer, leading all aspects of the company’s Treasury department, which included raising approximately $2.0 billion in debt financing in support of company initiatives. Previously, he worked at General Motors’ renowned NY Treasurers Office for five years in a variety of strategic assignments. In all, he has more than sixteen years of corporate finance experience, giving him expertise in financial planning & analysis, capital markets, cash forecasting and risk.

Ivan Troufanov, Treasurer, Medidata
Ivan has over 20 years of overall treasury and finance experience including 10+ years in a leadership role. Among his many duties at Medidata, he oversees, evaluates and manages the company’s capital structure, global cash management and banking operations. He built a direct model for accurate operating cash flow forecasting for the current year and oversees the management of $500M+ of the USD investment portfolio. Ivan has deep knowledge of SaaS, software and life science industries, including implementation and management of Treasury Management Systems and customized financing modeling. As Assistant Treasurer at Oracle Netsuite, Ivan streamlined and organized bank account structure to scale high-growth business needs in over 15 countries.
