About Andrea Kobylevsky
Andrea is a passionate, energetic and spiritual teacher. Her classes are physically challenging, combining creative sequencing, a spirit of playfulness and a dose of inspiration to help her students deepen their practice. She aims to enrich the lives of her students through yoga and Pilates by nurturing body, mind and soul and her hope is that her students step off the mat feeling refreshed, nourished and balanced. She also specializes in Thai massage and energy healing which helps to relieve muscle and joint tension , increasing flexibility and mobility, and overall give her students a relaxing and healing experience for their body and mind. In 2009, Andrea completed her 200 hour yoga teacher training with Vitality Yoga Center and is currently completing her 500 hour advanced yoga teacher training with Lotus Flow University. After experiencing various injuries due to the physical nature of her lifestyle, she discovered Pilates as a form of rehabilitation. In 2013, she began teaching Pilates after studying at Body Arts and Sciences International. She will always be a student of the practice and deeply grateful for the loving wisdom her teachers have shared as she continues to share her ever-expanding knowledge with her students every day. Her spunky, uplifting energy provides her students with a mentally and physically rewarding experience, committed to guiding her students along the path of self-discovery and making their everyday lives healthier, brighter and happier.
