Tal Slobodkin
Tal is a managing partner at StageOne Ventures, leading investments across multiple investment sectors. Tal currently represents StageOne on multiple company boards -Avanan, Axonize, Coralogix, NeuroBlade, Varada and Second Nature. Tal also represented StageOne on the board ofSafeDK, acquired by AppLovin. Prior to joining StageOne, Tal led Cisco’s Corporate Development activities in Israel and Russia, where he was responsible for developing and executing Cisco’s acquisition and venture capital portfolio in Israel, including Celeno, Compass EOS, CTERA, Exent Technologies, Finjan, Optier, Wilocity (acquired by Qualcomm), Aeroscout (acquired by Stanley Black & Decker) and Oversi (acquired by Allot). Tal also served as an active participant on the board of directors of each company.
 
In addition, Tal led all Israeli-related portions of Cisco’s acquisitions in Israel, including NDS ($5b acquisition in 2012) and Intucell ($475m acquisition in 2013). Tal led Cisco’s world-wide Smart Grid corporate development activities, where he was the driving force in defining Cisco’s Smart Grid strategy. Tal led the acquisition of Arch Rock as well as Cisco’s investments in Bit Stew (acquired by GE), Grid Net and Control4 (IPO, NASDAQ:CTRL), where he served on the board on behalf of Cisco. Prior to joining Cisco in 2008, Tal was an investment banker at Goldman Sachs where he was a member of the Technology, Media and Telecom team in New York City.
 
Tal holds an MBA with honors from the University of Pennsylvania, Wharton School of Business, and is a graduate of the Talpiot Military Academy (B.Sc. in Math, Physics and Computer Science). Tal served as a Captain in the elite Technology Unit of the Israeli Intelligence Corp, where today he serves as the chairman of the board of the alumni association. Tal is also on the advisory board of Tmura, a foundation which was founded in 2002 to increase the involvement of the high-tech community in non-profit activity in Israel.
 

 
Shweta Singh
Shweta is currently the Chief Business Officer and Chief of Staff to the CEO at Unilodgers -the world's largest student housing marketplace. Prior to Unilodgers, she managed India B2C investments for a US based VC fund, SRI Capital. She has several years of early stage investing experience, having worked with Gurgaon based investment firm, Lumis Partners, and founding an early-stage focussed investment firm, Sol Primero. She has done International Operations for Zomato, in the nascent stages of the company’s foray into overseas markets and also been an Investment Banker with UBS, London, across Equity Capital Markets and M&A. She holds an MBA in Operations & Entrepreneurial Management from Wharton, a Masters in Economics from University of Cambridge and a Bachelor’s in Mathematics from St. Stephen’s College, Delhi.
 

 
Sean Seton-Rogers
Sean is a founding Partner at PROfounders Capital, an early-stage venture capital fund investing in European digital startups. The fund looks to invest in technology companies that fix broken customer experiences and has invested and supported leading startups such as Made.com, Unity, GetYourGuide, onefinestay, and Small Giant Games. Sean co-founded PROfounders in 2010 after joining from Benchmark Capital, and in 2019 he was selected by Forbes for the Midas List Europe. Sean has an engineering degree from Rice University and an MBA from Wharton.

 
Derek Lundgren Bittar
Before co-founding IndicatorCapital in April 2014, Derek was an experienced equities Portfolio Manager who built a successful track record as value investor. Until 2013, he has occupied a senior position as long-term equity investor for Itaú Asset Management, Brazil’s largest investment management firm. Having worked for thirteen years with equity investments, Derek developed a passion for angel investments alongside his career. A fellow of the Society of Kauffman Fellows, he holds an MBA from Wharton, class of 2008 and a BA in Economics from PUC of Rio de Janeiro. Fluent in English, German, French, and Portuguese, Derek writes to empower entrepreneurs in emerging startup ecosystems. He is an ultra-endurance road cyclist.

Lucy Xu
Lucy is Founder of The Port Global, a Greece-based marketing and business consultancy working with Greek and American startups to build thought leadership and drive business growth. Prior to founding The Port in Greece, Lucy in New York City on the marketing team of venture-backed startup Curalate (Series B) and a Consultant at IBM in their Financial Services Strategy & Analytics Division. Lucy moved from New York City to Athens in 2018 to adapt best practices and bridge resources across global markets, and remains passionate about the strong potential and future of the burgeoning Greek startup ecosystem.
 
She holds a business degree from The Wharton School, and has a background in technology and marketing with experience from IBM, Curalate, and Startup Grind NYC.
