Is your career headed in the right direction? Or do you feel dissatisfied or burned out and maybe that you are not achieving your personal or organizational goals? Do you feel something is preventing you from being your best self?

If you answered yes to any of those questions, you might benefit from an executive coach. And if you’ve never worked with a coach before, The Wharton Club of New York is hosting a special event with Carol Vinelli, a long-time executive coach, to give you a first-hand look at the coaching process and how it can benefit you.

During our Oct 11th event, Carol will lead a mock coaching session with Sandip Singh, WG’99, that will introduce you to her approach to problem-solving. Carol, whose empowering process has benefited many Wharton alumni peers and business leaders, worked with Sandip and helped him discover that he was holding himself back because of childhood beliefs he had carried into adulthood. After showing him how to rid himself of his childhood baggage, Sandip increased his income five times, and became the successful businessperson he is today.

Join Sandip Singh and Carol Vinelli to explore the transformational process of executive coaching. Register now and embark on your own journey to the next level!

About the Speakers:
Carol Vinelli is a certified executive coach and MBA with 30 years of business development and entrepreneurial experience. She has worked with executives on achieving goals, improving their communication strategies, leadership skills, and managing job transitions. Her unique coaching style helps clients understand their values and resistances so they can take on greater challenges with ease. She uses a personalized approach that exposes the root causes of her client’s problems, often through an “adult-child” framework, and efficiently solves them with long-lasting results.

Sandip Singh, WG’99, is an entrepreneur and investor with 30 years of executive level experience in strategic planning, hospital management and real estate investments. His experience includes leading a turnaround of New York’s largest for-profit mental health hospital in bankruptcy to attracting AvalonBay’s $100M+ development of luxury rentals to a Village on Long Island. He serves on the Board of Trustees for The Windward School and on the Board of Directors for The YMCA of Long Island. He is currently in the Class of 2022 of The Energeia Partnership, Long Island’s exclusive Leadership Academy for Regional Stewardship.
