Join us for a very special wine dinner featuring Hamilton Russell Vineyards, South African vineyards owned and operated by Wharton alum, Anthony Hamilton Russell.
The estates' specialties include highly individual, terroir-driven Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Pinotage, a wine unique to South Africa.
Anthony (WG'90) returned to his roots in South Africa with his international education and experience. At the helm of his family's vineyards, he has built his brands into internationally recognized and acclaimed tours de force, widely regarded among the finest in the New World.
Anthony is flying in from South Africa to lead us through a tasting of his wines. The menu has been curated to pair with each wine. Previous Wharton Hamilton Russell wine dinners in Charlotte and Chicago have been very successful and enjoyed by all attendees. Enjoy a short introductory video from Anthony that will make you want to register immediately before the event maxes out!
The dessert will be paired with Vin De Constance from the Klein Constantia Winery in Cape Town. This wine has a storied history including fans dating back to Napoleon and Jane Austen. Enjoy this video with the Klein Constantia wine maker.
