Speakers:
Laura Rapaport, is the Founder & CEO of North Bridge. Prior to founding North Bridge, Laura was a Managing Director at L&L Holding Company, an owner-operator and developer in New York City. She was a key member of the leadership team for almost a decade including roles running Capital Raising and as Development Manager of 425 Park Avenue. Laura’s previous experience was as a Director in the New York development group of Tishman Speyer. She started her career at Lehman Brothers in their Global Real Estate Group in London. Laura graduated cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania and received her MBA with honors from the Wharton School of Business. She was named by Crain’s Magazine as one of New York’s 2017 “40 Under 40” Rising Stars.

Stephen Palmese is a Managing Principal of Integritas Capital, which us a vertically integrated private equity firm with a broad range of investments with a focus on commercial real estate private equity and private credit strategies. Since 2004, Integritas Capital has been the direct developer of more than $1 billion in real estate transactions and lead investor in more than $1.5 billion in real estate projects across ground up development, direct investment and preferred equity investment, the acquiring of non-performing loans and the origination of whole loans and mezzanine financing.

John Randall joined PCCP in 2009. Mr. Randall serves as a member of the Investments team and leads East Coast investments for the Firm out of New York in additional to managing the office. During his 15 year with PCCP, Mr. Randall has originated debt and equity investments across multi-family, industrial, retail, office and hospitality properties. Prior to PCCP, Mr. Randall spent six years in real estate debt and preferred equity positions within the Real Estate Private Equity group of Lehman Brothers. Prior to Lehman Brothers, Mr. Randall was a Vice President with Deutsche Bank, originating and underwriting mezzanine investments. Mr. Randall’s experience also includes work at Daiwa Securities originating and structuring conduit loans for their CMBS group. Mr. Randall started his career with Arthur Andersen and Jones Lang Wootton where he valued estate in the U.S. and Latin America. Mr. Randall holds a B.A. in Economics from Bowdoin College, magna cum laude, and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
