Hosted by the Wharton Club of New York’s AI Affinity Group (WAIA)

Join us for an engaging evening of insight, discussion, and networking as we explore the State of AI in 2026 — what's real, what's hype, and what's next. Deepam Mishra, WG'03, will share practical and opinionated insights drawn from enterprise data, real deployments, and market research — including AirStreet Capital's State of AI Report (2025) and Wharton's AI at Work initiatives.

Topical Agenda:
  • The 3-Layer AI Stack: Compute, Model, and Application Layers — and how each creates and constrains business value
  • Trends in Enterprise Adoption & ROI: stages, barriers, enablers
  • Capital flows: following the money for 2026: OPEN-source vs. CLOSED-source in AI
