What is the WHFN New York?
The Wharton Hedge Fund Network (WHFN) was founded in 2005 as an affinity group of the Wharton Club of New York. The group aims to bring together Wharton alumni active in the greater hedge fund community, which includes professionals working at hedge funds, hedge fund allocators, lawyers, accountants, prime brokers and other service providers active in the hedge fund space.
Events are by invitation only and limited to Wharton undergraduates and/or Wharton MBA's who are employed in the hedge fund space.

What is the Next Event?
Our 8th event will feature keynote speaker Jim Vos Head of the Hedge Fund Research & Selection at Credit Suisse Asset Management, a fund of hedge funds with roughly $15B under management.
The event will be held on Tuesday evening, April 11, 2006 at a midtown location. (The exact location will be communicated shortly after signing up.) We will not be able to permit walk-ins or guests.
The itinerary is:
6.00 - 6.40: Registration,
6.40 - 6.45: Opening remarks and welcome,
6.45 - 7.15: Jim Vos Head of the Hedge Fund Research & Selection, Credit Suisse Asset Management
7.15 - close: Networking with food and drinks.
$50 for WHFN members,
$20 for WCNY members,
Note: 12-months WCNY membership is only $95 at Join/Renew Membership. (and free for recent grads).
