What is the Wharton Hedge Fund Network?
The Wharton Hedge Fund Network (WHFN) was founded in 2005 as an Affinity Group of the Wharton Club of New York (WCNY). The group aims to bring together Wharton alumni active in the greater hedge fund community, which includes professionals working at hedge funds, hedge fund allocators, prime brokers, lawyers, accountants, and other service providers active in the hedge fund space.

Events are by invitation only and limited to Wharton undergraduates and/or Wharton MBA's who are employed in the hedge fund space.

What is the Next Event?
The 20th event features a panel discussion on distressed bank debt and trade claims.

The event will be held Monday, June 16th, 2008 at a Midtown location. (The exact location will be communicated shortly after signing up.) We will not be able to permit walk-ins, replacements or guests.

The itinerary is:
6.00 - 6.40pm: Registration with food and drinks,
6.40 - 6.45pm: Opening remarks and welcome,
6.45 - 7.30pm: Panel, on Distressed Bank Debt and Trade Claims,
7.30 - close: Networking with food and drinks.

$50 for WHFN members,
$50 for WHFN students,
$20 for WHFN members that have a paid WCNY membership,
Note: 12-months WCNY membership is only $95 at Join/Renew Membership. .
