Luan Cox, Founder and CEO, Crowdnetic
Luan has over 15 years of financial data and web solutions experience and is a respected sales and marketing leader.  She is the CEO and co-founder of Crowdnetic, a leading provider of technology and data solutions to the global crowdfinance marketplace, and has been prominently featured in the Huffington Post, Entrepreneur, Forbes and VentureBeat.  Crowdnetic owns and operates Lendvious, CrowdWatch, and NowStreetWire.

Prior to starting Crowdnetic with partner Srikanth Goteti, she served as General Manager and founder of Interactive Data’s Managed Solutions business for the Americas (Interactive Data was acquired by Silver Lake and Warburg Pincus in 2010).  She has also previously served as Executive Vice President of Global Sales and Marketing for Stockpoint (acquired by ScreamingMedia and later MarketWatch, now part of Interactive Data) and Executive Director of Partner Solutions for Quote.com (acquired by Lycos and later Interactive Data).

Luan is a leading speaker and thought leader for the crowdfinance industry and she is a founding member of the Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA), the Crowdfunding Accreditation for Platform Standards (CAPS) and the Crowdfund Intermediary Advocates (CFIRA). She is also a proud alumna of the elite Springboard Enterprises Accelerator program (class of 2013) comprised of the world’s leading women-led media and technology companies and is a member of 85 Broads, a leading professional women’s networking organization committed to the economic empowerment of women globally.

Rishi Thakkar, VP of Investments, Realty Mogul
Rishi is a VP of Investments at Realty Mogul and works in several capacities including business development, underwriting, raising capital and corporate strategy. Having previously worked at Rockwood Capital and the CIM Group, he has significant experience with investing in institutional real estate. Rishi is well-versed in all real estate asset classes and capital structures. He holds a Bachelor of Science from the Kogod College of Business Administration at American University.

Daniel Miller, Co-Founder, Fundrise
Daniel is a Co-Founder of Fundrise. Dan's responsibilities include expanding the company’s presence in new markets outside of Washington, D.C.  Daniel is also Co-Founder of Popularise, a real estate crowdsourcing website, and Managing Partner of WestMill Capital Partners, a Washington D.C. based real estate development company. He remains involved with Western Development Corporation, his family’s real estate organization which has developed more than 20 million square feet in its 46-year history.  Daniel graduated from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania as a submatriculant with a dual B.S. and M.B.A. He has FINRA Series 7, 63, and 79 registrations.

AdaPia d'Errico, Chief Marketing Officer of Patch of Land
AdaPia is an entrepreneur, investor, and mentor with broad experience across retail banking, financial planning, international finance and capital markets, intellectual property development, crowdfunding and online community building. As Chief Marketing Officer at Patch of Land, she leads strategic partnerships and drives brand awareness while positioning the company at the forefront of P2P real estate lending and debt crowdfinancing.  She has co-founded two businesses with women partners, coached entrepreneurs, taught and mentored business students, and frequently speaks on Women 2.0 topics in crowdfunding, entrepreneurship, and fundraising for start-ups. Celina Kuoch, Managing Partner, Nexus Hill Capital
Celina Kuoch is Founder and Managing Partner of Nexus Hill Capital, LLC. Ms. Kuoch leads Nexus Hill Capital's capital raising efforts on behalf of reputable managers, who specializing in managing and operating commercial real estate.
 
Ms. Kuoch has more than 16 years of combined experience in real estate deal sourcing, negotiation, acquisition, asset management, investment bank lending and advisory and capital fund raising in North America, Europe and Asia Pacific. Ms. Kuoch has acquired and asset managed over $3 billion of Real Estate Assets in N. America and Asia Pacific. Ms. Kuoch holds a B.S. in Economics from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania.
