Professor Stephanie J. Creary is Assistant Professor of Management and Faculty Fellow of the Coalition for Equity and Opportunity (CEO) at The Wharton School. She is also a Visiting Faculty Fellow in the inaugural cohort of the Harvard Business School Institute for the Study of Business in Global Society (BiGS) from 2022-2024. She has been named to the Thinkers50 Radar Class of 2023, which includes individuals whose ideas are predicted to have an important impact on management theory and practice in the future and has been shortlisted for the Thinkers50 2023 Radar Award.
