Moderator, Jerry Klein, Partner & Managing Director, Treasury Partners
Jerry is head of the Corporate Cash Management Group at Treasury Partners.  He oversees the custom fixed income strategies implemented on behalf of the firm’s clients electing to outsource responsibility for portfolio management, compliance monitoring, credit reporting, and liquidity management.   He also directs the firm’s short term, fixed income trading operation and its proprietary money market portal.  Prior to Treasury Partners, Jerry was a Managing Director at JP Morgan and Bear Stearns.  Prior to that, he was a Director at Oppenheimer & Company.  Jerry earned a BS in Finance from SUNY at Buffalo.
 

 
David Badler, Susquehanna Growth Equity
David is a partner at Susquehanna and leads Portfolio Growth & Operations, where he partners with founders and their teams to accelerate growth. Portfolio Growth & Operations proactively collaborates with portfolio leadership teams on their terms on key strategic, go-to-market, talent-related, and operational topics. Before SGE, David was the COO of an SAP software sales organization. Before that, he was a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group and Founder of MarchingOrder.com. David has an MBA from the Kellogg School, a BS in Economics from The Wharton School and a BS in Computer Science from University of Pennsylvania.
 

 
Michael Levine, CFO, Payoneer
Michael is the CFO of Payoneer Inc., a global payments and commerce enablement platform, since 2011.  Michael has over 30 years of leadership experience and was previously President of Xact Technology LLC; CFO at Health Systems Solutions; EVP at IDT Telecom, and held positions at HSBC, TIAA-CREF and PaineWebber.  Michael received his MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

 
Cody Forrester, CFO, Fundera
Cody is the SVP of Finance and Operations at Fundera where he leads the company’s Finance, Business Intelligence, People, and other back-office operations. Fundera is a marketplace for small business financial solutions, backed by investors including Khosla Ventures, First Round Capital, QED Investors, Core Innovation Capital and Susquehanna Growth Equity. Started in 2014, Fundera has helped 35,000 small business owners secure more than $1 billion in financing and other products to help better run their businesses. Prior to joining Fundera, Cody held roles across operations and project management at LivingSocial, where he helped manage their international expansion and growth of their retail operations. Cody holds a BA in Government and Philosophy from Georgetown University.
 

 
Aimee Fearon, CFO and Head of Finance & Data, Newsela
Aimee Fearon serves as Newsela's CFO and Head of Finance & Data. Aimee started at Newsela in May of 2017. She is a CPA, with a background in financial modeling & analysis, financial reporting and internal audit & controls. Aimee joined Newsela from OnDeck, where, as Senior VP Finance, she helped mature the FP&A function from late stage start-up to fully functioning public company. Before OnDeck, she was with iHeartMedia, a Clear Channel company, when it acquired a music subscription start-up she worked at called Thumbplay. She also previously worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers, George Weston Limited and Ogilvy & Mather. Aimee is a graduate of the University of Toronto. Her husband is a chef, but she is more apt to create fires in the kitchen (literally!)
