Join our webinar with experienced employment lawyers who will address concerns of Employees and Employers in this era of COVID-19.

In this program, our panel of two experienced employment lawyers will address several key concerns of both Employees and Employers in the era of COVID-19 -- Chuck Forgang from the Employee's perspective, and Nancy Schess from the Employer's perspective. Perhaps you are an Executive, and you’re suddenly facing a layoff, termination or furlough, or on the positive side, you’re about to be given a potential new employment offer, employment agreement or consulting agreement. Perhaps, you are an owner, officer, business or people manager looking to protect your Company in these or the myriad of other situations that arise and will continue to arise in the new workplace. And from both perspectives, what about concerns regarding the reopening of your office? This timely program provides an introduction to a number of employment law issues so that you can hopefully be better prepared if or when you find yourself facing them. Of course, there is no "one size fits all" answer, and thus this program will not constitute legal advice for any particular participant. While everyone should consult their own legal counsel for advice as to their own circumstances, this program will begin to address some of these more pressing issues.
