Rochelle Clarke is the Managing Director of Succession Strength, a global advisory firm that specializes in providing transition planning guidance for individuals, impactful leaders and companies. A proud Wharton alum, Rochelle brings a wealth of expertise in transition planning. With a proven track record of guiding senior executives to success in their post-retirement ventures, she's here to share invaluable insights that transcend the conventional norms of retirement planning.

Rochelle holds a Master’s degree from University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School of Business. She is the author of The 5 Critical Succession Conversations: A Comprehensive Guide for The Family Business and has appeared in a number of global publications like The New York Times, Spear's Magazine, Thrive Global, Family Office Magazine, Business Leader, The CEO Magazine among others.
