Legal Boot Camp for Entrepreneurs
Wharton Entrepreneurs- Education and Resource Network (WE-EARN) Affinity Group
Join the Wharton Entrepreneurs Education and Resource Network for our next event. Ross Klenoff, Co-Chair of WE-EARN, will distill some of the key legal issues entrepreneurs face. Ross practiced corporate law for over a decade at some of the top law firms in New York City before launching his own practice. He regularly works with small and midsize businesses in a wide range of corporate transactions.
Ross will walk through a variety of legal topics, including:
- Leaving your job
- Working with an attorney
- Forms of business
- Formation/structuring ownership of a corporation for a VC financing
- Board of directors
- Raising money and securities regulation
- Venture capital
If you’re an entrepreneur, this is a fantastic opportunity to get an overview of the key legal issues you can expect to face from the “idea phase” through your first VC financing.
Please contact us with any questions at email@example.com. We look forward to seeing you there!
Ross Klenoff and Marcus Dahllof, Co-Chairs, Wharton Entrepreneurs - Education and Resource Network (WE-EARN).
