Intellectual Property Boot Camp for Entrepreneurs

Join the Wharton Entrepreneurs Education and Resource Network for our next event.

Intellectual property attorney Michael Steger will distill some of the key intellectual property issues entrepreneurs face.  Michael regularly works with small and midsize businesses in a wide range of intellectual property matters.

Michael will walk through a variety of legal topics, including:
  • Trade Secrets and related protections
  • Copyrights
  • Patents (in less detail)
  • Trademarks
  • Domain Names
  • Employee Proprietary Information and Invention Agreements
  • Licensing Agreements and other Transfers of Intellectual Property
Michael will be discussing both domestic and international considerations with an emphasis on practical, understandable advice for entrepreneurs.

If you’re an entrepreneur, this is a great opportunity to get an overview of the key intellectual property issues you can expect to face.
