Please join the Wharton Single Parents Business Networking Group (SPBNG) with guest speaker Monica Roquitte, LCSW, (WG'90) to hear adaptations to managing stress almost one year after the onset of work-from-home polices; at first it was the shock, now it is the near-term normal.

About Monica Roquitte:
Monica Roquitte, LCSW is a Wharton MBA grad whose life and career took a number of unexpected turns landing her in the field of mental health and wellness. She has over 20 years of experience providing psychotherapy, supervision, and psychoeducation through her private practice and as an Employee Assistance Program Consultant with a NYC based fortune 500 company. Monica is a co-founder of the Wharton Single Parents Business Networking Group, and the current President of the New York City Chapter of the Employee Assistance Professionals Association (EAPA). Monica currently lives in Jersey City with her new favorite husband; their fuzzy white dog Max; Luna, a cat with CEO attitude; and occasionally, her young adult daughter.
