Is it possible to double your productivity—and reduce burnout at the same time?

YES!  Join executive performance strategist Laura Garnett in a one-hour session that will leave you feeling empowered and clear on how to reverse your burnout within hours.

Laura Garnett, author of The Genius Habit and Find Your Zone of Genius, will lead Wharton Alumni in a session that will show you how to effectively tackle the challenge of burnout with a three-step process that relies on something you already have: Your Zone of Genius.

Your unique Zone of Genius consists of two data points that are critical for great performance: Your Genius (the type of thinking that fuels you) and Purpose (the specific impact you want to have on the world).

After an overview of the three steps to reduce burnout, Laura will invite two attendees to sit in the “hot seat," where she'll identify their Zone of Genius on the spot. This interactive portion will help everyone in the audience learn how to uncover their own true Purpose and Genius. Once you understand yours—and start to use it every day—you’ll know exactly how to supercharge your potential, achieve your goals in half the time, and avoid burnout and disengagement.

Bonus: All participants will gain access to a free tool allowing you to implement The Genius Habit—Laura’s proven method for tracking your performance and reaching your goals faster than you think possible—in your work life immediately.
