Featuring: Robert Herzog, WG95 - CEO Coach and Advisor, Inc 5000 and Best Places to Work Founder & CEO
Have you ever wondered why some businesses scale and some don’t? How about your business? Could it be growing faster and with less effort (and fire fighting)? Why do some CEOs survive through different phases of scaling while others get replaced?
Rob founded ZogCulture and ZogSports and grew each to Inc. 5000 status. With 25+ years as a founder/entrepreneur, he now coaches CEOs and helps companies craft strategies and cultures that keep them growing and land them– and keep them—on the prestigious “Best Places to Work” lists.
Rob will share his insights and entrepreneurial frameworks for scaling businesses (any size) drawn from his extensive experience as both an entrepreneur and coach. Topics include:
As always, there will be opportunities for your questions.
Robert Herzog has worked with companies with 25-500+ employees in a variety of industries (e.g., software, real estate, financial services, health care, craft brewing, etc.) whose CEOs have a growth imperative (and mindset) and need help building the right team (help with hiring and firing), creating corporate culture and developing accountability/prioritization processes. He has advised clients through all phases of growth, including various rounds of fundraising and successful exits. He is a combination CEO Coach and Advisor (still an active CEO so experience sharing is real and he frequently helps companies with strategy, planning and fundraising guidance).
And if you’re interested in this sort of stuff, he’s a reformed Management Consultant, has an MBA in Entrepreneurial Management from Wharton and a BA in Economics (which he rarely uses) from Brown. He lives and plays in NYC with his awesome wife of 22+ years and two super active, sporty boys. Fun Fact: Rob has coached 79 youth sports teams.
